Welcome, HomeRentals.net members! Your database of rental property listings can be exported to RentalHouses.com for additional advertising exposure. It is easy and now more affordable than ever to set up an account with us and have your listings entered on HomeRentals.net displayed on our website.

How to transfer your rental listings to RentalHouses.com

On RentalHouses.com:

  1. Proceed with your account setup by clicking here. On this signup page, be sure to place a checkmark in appropriate box to notify us that you would like to import your rental listings from HomeRentals.net.

  2. Once that page is submitted, you are taken to a form called ‘Add a listing’. As you will not be entering listings manually on RentalHouses.com, you will want to bypass this step by clicking the ‘(4) Checkout’ button at the top of the page. Be sure to enter your Industry Code where indicated to receive your discount. After completing the checkout, your account is ready for the import to take place.

On HomeRentals.net:

  1. Log in to your HomeRentals.net control panel and indicate that you wish to export your listings to RentalHouses.com. Go to:

    • Configuration

    • RP Preferences

    • Listing Export Partners ⇒ select RentalHouses.com

  2. Opt-in each listing you would like to export to our website by choosing the edit listing function and checking the box for RentalHouses.com in the ‘Partner Site Placement’ section at the bottom of each listing. (You will check that same box when adding new listings that you wish to export.)

Your listings are now set to be exported to RentalHouses.com. Note that the initial transfer will not be immediate and once it has begun, any updates made to your HomeRentals.net listings should be reflected on RentalHouses.com the following day.
