Simple To Use System - Getting Started Tips
    Existing Users and New Accounts:

    Step 1. Log in and create new user sub-accounts for your property managers or agents. To add new user sub-accounts for your company and set security levels for each user, choose "Manage User Accounts" and add users.

    NOTE: Regular users cannot edit company information or delete company information and do not have access to the management reporting system. They can only edit their own sub-account, add or edit existing listings to their sub-account. screenshot (show their reduced login page). Only the Admin level has access to all the information for the company and the listing reports function for the entire company. Admin status may be assigned to multiple users.

    Step 2. If you're an Existing User, the administrator will need to go to "view/edit listings" and assign a user to each current listing. These listings will now appear under each users' sub-accounts for their access as well as displayed in the master company database for all the management reports.

    Step 3. New Accounts, choose "add a listing" and enter ALL the information and internal status fields for each new listing.
    For Existing Users, the administrator and/or each individual user should update the current database of listings with the new status fields and internal company comments you want to track by choosing "edit listing" from your "my listings" control panel.

    Step 4. As new listings are added by the administrator or individual users and archived in the database, enter all the required status fields and make updates and/or changes as necessary.  


    Step 5: You are now ready to run standard reports and/or create custom reports by selecting the desired fields to report on. By choosing "generate" you can preview and/or print the report. Reports are generated in an Excel format so you can also edit the fields. After creating a custom report, simply choose "save" report and assign it a name.
